Mina is a passionate Physiotherapist who began on our team in December 2016. Mina began his education in rehab at York University in 2007 where he received his Bachelor of Science with specialized honors in Health Science and Kinesiology. He then worked for a couple of years as a kinesiologist and clinic director.
In 2013, Mina decided to further his education by enrolling at D’youville College where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. During this venture down south Mina traveled to several cities in America for varying internships. These internships allowed Mina to be exposed and trained in a variety of settings with a wide spectrum of patients.
Mina has experience with: cardiovascular rehab, neurological rehab, vestibular rehab, urgent care, work hardening, and musculoskeletal rehab.
When not working vigorously in the clinic Mina enjoys playing basketball and reading up on the most up to date evidence based practices.
Dr. Rob, ND
Since graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2002, Dr Rob ND has been a proud member of the Naturopathic community, eager to introduce the benefits of natural medicines in various clinical settings. Dr Rob is especially excited to join the Life Clinic-Young Street Physiotherapy team. With a clinical focus in weight management, rehabilitation, pain management, and cosmetic acupuncture, the fit at the clinic was obvious.
In addition to his clinical career, Dr Rob has built his experience on previous work as a Naturopathic consultant for a nation-wide Employee Assistance Provider; He has also taught various Continuing Education courses at CCNM; And has had various articles on natural healthcare, as well as the natural healthcare industry, published in magazines such as VIVA and Integrated Healthcare Retailer. Dr Rob is also the developer of the HealthyStartOnline.info website, devoted to compiling some of the best and reputable websites on the web relating to general health, stress and nutrition.
Dr. Sunil, D.C.
Dr. Sunil completed his Honors Bachelor of Science degree at York University, with a specialization in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Following undergrad, Dr. Sunil completed a graduate program at New York Chiropractic College, where he received multidisciplinary exposure to all areas of Chiropractic, including complimentary areas such as anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition and a wide range of other subjects related to health.
His experience stems not only from strong classroom training, but on-the-job training as well. Having shadowed many well-regarded Clinicians at both the Depew Health Center and the Seneca Falls Student Health Centers in New York, Dr. Sunil has developed a sincere appreciation and passion for Chiropractic care. Dr Sunil has practiced chiropractic around the GTA with exposure to a number of different patients and understands that each patient is different, requiring dedicated attention in treating any pain.
Growing up, he always had a strong passion for helping others and Chiropractic care has been only one of many ways in which he’s sought to help those around him.
Registered Massage Therapist
Vitalie is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He graduated from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Program and has gained valuable experience working in both clinical settings, as well as many community outreach programs. These include: Sports Training and Fitness Center, Rosalie Hall and North York General Hospital.
Vitalie is trained in the treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions, Neuromuscular Integrative Structural Alignment, postural alignment treatments involving deep tissue and fascial release techniques. In addition, he is thoroughly trained in Craniosacral therapy, which is a set of techniques that utilize light touch to induce states of relaxation and reduce pain.
Alex completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009 from India. He also did a Certificate course on Manual therapy and has a Diploma of Acupuncture.
After Alex’s graduation he worked for 6 years with a renowned Physiotherapy centre as a Senior Physiotherapist. He also has experience working in different hospital environments. During this tenure, Alex successfully treated many varieties of Musculoskeletal and Neurological cases. He has also had an opportunity to treat some national level athletes as well. Along with treating patients, Alex has also trained athletes for peak performance and obesity management.
In his leisure time Alex likes to watch documentaries and movies, as well as listen to music.
Active Therapy Coach
Daniel is extremely passionate about the health and fitness field. He brings this enthusiasm to helping others attain their health related goals. Daniel graduated with a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Event Marketing from George Brown College. He is a certified Kinesiologist and personal trainer who has been in the health and fitness field since 2000.
Throughout his career, Daniel has been the director and lead instructor of the National Personal Training Institute of Toronto, managed an in-home personal training company, worked in fitness clubs, studios, and clinics. His clients have ranged in age from 12 to 86 and in exercise experience from novice to elite athlete.
Daniel believes that there is no one-size-fits-all fitness program. Any exercise program should be tailored to the goals, needs, and wants of the individual.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys baseball, basketball, and spending time with his family.

Born and raised in Amman Jordan, Elias moved to Canada at the age of 16 and can speak both English and Arabic.
Elias started his career in health by completing his Advanced Diploma in Fitness and Health from George Brown College. Since then he has been working as a personal trainer at a variety of gyms. Elias then completed his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and graduated with Honors.
Elias has helped many of his clients achieve their health and fitness goals, especially when it comes to overcoming barriers against exercise.
In his spare time Elias enjoys watching movies, playing basketball and reading books.

Magda has a degree in Business and Marketing in Poland. She completed her Honors Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Health Science at York University. Her desire to utilize the theoretical and practical methodologies acquired during her studies brought her to Yonge Street Physiotherapy. She strives to improve physical health so that it has a lasting impact on an individual’s overall wellness.
Magda specializes in active physical rehabilitation and works closely with clients to help them reach their full potential. When not providing rehabilitation services to her clients, Magda enjoys hiking, swimming and playing variety of team sports.
Clinic Manager + Wellness Coach
After 7 years in the world of finance, David decided in 2010 to turn his passion for fitness and wellness into a career that better suited his personality. A graduate from Seneca College, majoring in Business Management, David has spent the majority of his life staying active with sports.
In his spare time, David can be found at your local arena playing hockey 3 times a week, playing tennis or baseball. A competitor by nature, David feels that finding a sport/activity that you absolutely love to do is the easiest way to stay active. That way…it never feels like exercise.
Paige has received her BASc in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and her BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She has many years of experience in the health, weight loss and nutrition industry helping clients from all walks of life achieve their weight loss and nutrition goals. Additionally, Paige is also a Certified Personal Trainer who brings an uplifting energy to each training session and enjoys helping clients learn, progress, and have fun.
After learning and applying the practices of Nutrition in her daily life she was amazed by the dramatic transformation in her energy levels and overall health. She believes that no matter what age or state of health you are in there is always room for improvement and nutrition is one of the most important aspects in the journey towards optimal health.
Her well-rounded education in nutrition, mental health and physical health gives her a holistic approach to help individuals keep their life in balance. Her ultimate goal is to aid individuals in becoming the best version of themselves.
Paige is also a dynamic and inspiring dance teacher. Paige is always 100% full out and inspires all kids to try 100% too!
Born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, Monique moved to Canada at the age of 18. She is conversational in French, a member of her church choir and will sometimes randomly break into song.
Her interest in star gazing has her looking to the heavens long and hard, and with her interest in Greek mythology she can even identify a great many of the constellations for you.
With over 10 years in Customer Service experience, Monique takes pride in excellent Customer Care.
Prior to joining Life Clinic, Monique was a Department Manager at Walmart Canada. Monique is a helpful individual who cares for the well-being of others. She is hard working and can initially be perceived as a quiet soul, but is equally fun-loving and out-going.
Monique is fully trained in CPR and First Aid level HCP. Monique is currently completing her degree in Sociology in hopes of becoming a Psychologist.
